These hand knit cotton soap holders are little drawstring pouches which will hold a bar of your favorite soap. Each pretty soap holder was carefully hand knit with soft cotton yarn. Soap is slippery when wet. A soap pouch will help you keep a grip on a bar of soap in the shower or bath. The pretty open weave lace pattern allows for lather while the soft cotton gently exfoliates your skin. It's like a wash cloth and soap in one!
Soap should be kept dry between uses. A drawstring at the top securely closes the handy soap saver pouch and allows the little bag to be hung when not in use. Unlike some soap savers that are tightly crocheted, my little soap holder won't let your soap stay soggy. This handmade soap holder measures about 3 3/4" x 5 1/2" when flat and will stretch to accommodate most full sized bars of soap. Because the pouch can be drawn closed, even small pieces of soap can be collected and used in this useful bag. The soap holder can be machine washed and dried, or just rinse clean and hang to dry.
